Any item may be returned for refund, credit, or exchange within 10 days of date received as long as the item is in its original, unused condition, with no missing, broken, or exchanged stones and the finish of both metal and
gemstone(s) is unscratched and unmarred. Call before returning the item to obtain a return authorization, otherwise the package cannot be accepted.
Original shipping charges and credit card fees (if any) are not refundable on returns (unless the item was damaged in shipment due to negligence.) Custom/commissioned orders are subject to different return priviledges that will be fully disclosed and discussed during the custom/commission order process.

Cancelling Orders

Any time prior to shipping, you may cancel your order (excluding custom/commissioned orders.) If charges have been incurred, a full refund will be issued the same way you originally paid.
